Welcome - I'm glad you're here.
Seeking support is a courageous step, whether you’re coming for yourself, your relationship, or your family.
My practice offers a warm, inclusive, and compassionate space for children, adolescents, adults, and couples to explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
With more than 20 years of therapeutic experience, I bring deep clinical knowledge and a steady, grounded approach to the work we do together.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
Supporting Young People Through Every Stage of Growing Up
Child and adolescent therapy offers a safe, calm, and developmentally appropriate space where young people can express themselves, make sense of their experiences, and build healthy coping skills.
I bring over two decades of experience working in NHS CAMHS, supporting children, teenagers, and their families through a broad range of emotional and mental health difficulties. This includes anxiety, low mood, trauma, family stress, identity exploration, eating disorders, and extensive experience supporting young people who struggle with self-harm.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy for adults provides a confidential, non-judgmental space to explore life’s challenges, understand patterns, and develop tools for emotional well-being.
Whether you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, trauma, self-harm thoughts, eating disorders, or relationship difficulties, therapy can help you gain clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
Systemic Family Therapy
Strengthening Relationships. Supporting Every Voice.
Systemic family therapy focuses on the family as a whole and how relationships, communication patterns, and daily interactions shape your shared experience.
Instead of placing challenges on one person, we look at how the family system works together and how it can heal together.

Couple Therapy
Rebuilding Connection. Deepening Understanding.
Couples therapy offers a safe and supportive environment for partners to explore their relationship with honesty, compassion, and curiosity.
Whether you’re navigating stress, conflict, trust issues, or major life transitions—or simply seeking to strengthen your bond—therapy helps you understand one another’s needs and rebuild emotional closeness.
Clinical supervision
Supporting Therapists with Guidance, Insight, and Professional Growth
I provide clinical supervision for therapists and mental health professionals, offering a safe, reflective, and structured space to explore complex cases, ethical challenges, and professional development.
Supervision is tailored to each practitioner’s experience level, theoretical orientation, and professional context, helping you feel supported, confident, and competent in your work.
