Sessions are by appointment only. I do my best to find times that work for you.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed or late cancellations may be charged.

Payment

Fees are shared with you in advance. Payment is due at the time of your session. I accept cash or bank transfers.

Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. What you share in therapy stays confidential, except in rare situations where safety or legal requirements apply.

Online Sessions

I also offer secure online sessions. Please make sure you’re in a quiet, private space so you can get the most out of your time.

Emergencies

I am here to support you, but I don’t provide emergency services. If you’re ever in crisis, please call emergency services or a local helpline right away.
